Overall, all of my experiences have been very positive. I have grown an immense amount as a person and as a professional and I don't believe I would have the same opportunities if I would have gone anywhere aside from Paycom.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is a group of people working together to achieve similar goals, but open and strategic to be able to also tap into the individuality of the people around this. This has always led to success in our department and great success both with initiatives and culture.
