Overall, my experience has been nothing but a positive and impactful experience. I was reluctant at first because I had heard some wild stories about Paycom, but I can attest, that my experience is literally the antithesis of every negative thing I had heard. I'm thankful to be a part of the team!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Without a doubt, I'd say the people. Without having a plethora of positive and insightful individuals surrounding this beautiful campus, I doubt the culture and environment would be as wonderful as it is. Everyone is so kind, empathetic, and encouraging, I see why this place has thrived.
