It's been fun so far. I have learned a lot. It can be hard at times and overwhelming, but If I can do it, so can anyone who truly wants to succeed.

Upfront and they care about us individually. they are approachable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I worked at T-Mobile, I was making more over there for a position similar to what I am doing here, but the job at Paycom is harder. I tried to negotiate my salary when hired but was told that is the best Paycom can do for my position. I still think I do more, and I am worth more than my pay.
