Overall I've had an amazing time working for Paycom. I struggled in my first year as I learned how to be successful in the role, but as my skillset improved and I maintained my strong work ethic, the pieces started to fit together. My 2nd year I finished in the top 20 out of all sales reps.

They personally invest in making you successful both personally and professionally. Aligning their goals with your goals so that everyone wins.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Base Salary is fantastic and gives a level of comfort that allows me to focus on selling without having to worry about finances before a commission check comes in.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone has the same focus and goal and that is success. We all want to win and we support each other in hitting our goals so that when we are all winning and on top of the leaderboards, we get to celebrate together.
