When you do get the chance to chat with them, they are incredible nice and make you feel valued.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While I love working at Paycom. if you are a top employee and your manager knows your skillsets they tend to put more on your plate. This is great but they rarely compensate you for it.
