Not on par with other tech companies. They don't care about their engineers at all, they have us in the worst building, I see new faces (high turnover rate) every other week just walking over to the bathroom. Everyone is on edge and stressed. I really do feel like a factory worker

We need to pause and work on structure & organization. Everything just keeps getting worse

always stressed. I have more in common with retail or factory workers than with other engineers in my field.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Theres a strong emphasis on output, and not one on the quality of work. There is no consistency, guidance, documentation, code is not scalable, there is no structure or organization. The company will likely collapse in the next 5 years. We need to pause and fix what is there before scaling further
