I have had good times and bad times, but it's hard to remember anything good currently in this state of working here. The values have changed and we as ees are no longer a priority. The last year has opened a lot of eyes as to how much they mean to this company, and it doesn't appear to be a lot.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe the benefits are incomparable to other companies along with the $4 lunches.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Since being on a new team there is no more team time or team meetings hardly ever. There is no engagement within my team and I am incredibly sad about this. I loved getting to know my coworkers and feel I no longer have that opportunity.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There needs to be more communication and training on all matters. I see that not everything is just a "learning experience" When you don't have anyone to show you what you are learning. That is just being thrown in the water and hoping you can swim.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
If there could be any kind of structure in place or boxes that need to be checked before big moves that completely change people's lives. I know this can be what's best for the company, but what about the employee's day to day lives that depend on leaderships knowledge.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They took away competencies for almost a year and are now late on this years. It is not a good look to not care about the ees pay to this degree. that went away and now this is the 3rd raise that has been taken away, but dangled in our faces for months before actually finding out it was a no.
