What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Having ERG groups at Paycom and Paycom recognizing a lot of diverse cultural events and holidays makes me feel proud and positive about my team and company culture.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay disparity is pretty evident due to location, tenure and job duties. A few of us were excluded from the last market value catch up and that is going to look different for a lot of people as they progress through years esply if reporting to DFW metropolitan area, with raising costs.
