Overall my experience has been very positive. There have been tough moments, but each moment has only helped me learn and grow. I have worked through multiple restructures of this department and each time it has helped us excel even more. As long as you put in the hard work you will be successful.

Everyone is very supportive and there is always someone to help and assist with finding resolutions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is a lot of inclusion. We all want to be the best and push each other to do better everyday while maintaining a friendly atmosphere.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very invested in our growth and development, they proactively seek feedback on how we as a company/department can improve. We are all here to win and that is felt companywide. Our CEO expects greatness from us and in return we are paid generously and given opportunities that not most have.
What makes you most happy at work?
Finding ways to make my team successful - testing new solutions to see if there are better outcomes. Ensuring the success of the growth and development of my team is very rewarding. I've had the opportunity to work on projects that have helped me greatly in learning about our software and processes.
