Working for Paycom, has ultimately changed me for the better. I don't think its something everyone can do, but as someone who is a high achiever, Paycom has changed my life, made me stronger, smarter, and more highly skilled. My time here has truly been invaluable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership has a clear vision, that we act upon and provide clarity on so we are all working towards the same goal.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Currently don't have bonuses, stocks, or commission in my role. Most of the company does and comparable jobs in my field do as well. Would like some sort of incentive outside of base salary.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works hard, we help each other, and we strive for the best not only for ourselves but for those we directly impact. It feels like we are constantly adding value and that feels important.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone here is highly motivated, and charismatic. It feels like a place to come if you want to learn and thrive. Working for paycom has changed my perspective, my life, and my skill sets for the better.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love seeing the impact I get to have not just on my coworkers, but knowing that we can really be impactful with our clients to help them work through and solve their problems and automate their day to day.
