The people! We are excited to be here and love being with each other, and it shows every single day! We're ready to start the day and end the day on a positive note and know we have the support on every level!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the clear communication and their ability to keep all employees informed, as much as possible! They are always excited to share innovative ideas and are always willing to hear from others. Their enthusiasm to get back to more engagement items has really motivated myself and my team!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love how we genuinely care about one another and love to catch up about how our nights and weekends were! We have a comfortable environment where we are meant to lean on each other and that creates an overwhelming amount of trust and support, and you never feel alone!
