What I like best about my leadership them is that they care about our team. They show it every day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The cost of living is high. You need to pay employees based on that. Also it's Christmas no bonus but higher ups coming in to work sites talking about the profits that the company made. but not sharing with the employees that help you make the profits. It very disheartening.
