Overall, I really enjoy my experience at Paycom. I come in with a lot of leadership/client experience, so at times, I am left unchallenged or don't always see a positive career path in my future. However, those are unique to me. Overall, I enjoy coming to work and believe in what we are doing here!

The opportunity to help thousands of people that I will never meet, just by creating educational resources our clients will engage in.

Overall, my direct leadership team does an amazing job at making sure we stay connected with our overall goals of the company in a supportive, yet challenging environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team that I am on and provide leadership to, I would challenge, are some of the best at Paycom. They always stay solution-oriented, have the heart of the client at everything they do, and remain positive, even on those tough days.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's hard to answer this question from an overall perspective, because each department/team has very different cultures, but from the team I serve on/lead, we never settle at ways to optimize what we do for our clients and we have the space to innovate to optimize that experience.
