Insurance being $1.00 per pay period. I absolutely love everything about Paycom's compensation package. You can tell they care about their employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have meetings before each day to go over anything that is needed of us or corrected. The TL's care and instruct in the right way without offending. They are part of the team; they don't leave you they lead you.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together to help each other out, especially being new I am not as familiar with locations as others are that have been here, and without hesitation any of the team members are more than willing to help. We work together as a team, Not I, but We.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I was explaining this to others on the team during our meeting, Being at Paycom is a Positive environment by all employees in which I have come in contact with, everyone is happy & smiling, one doesn't always get to see this. I love it here due to the positivity. This is a dream Career come true!!!
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing others happy and a such a positive atmosphere, I am not used to seeing such positivity in a workplace and this is absolutely the best career I have ever had in my life, Paycom has not missed a thing, they supply the needs of every employee and more!! I am very honored to be at Paycom.
