I love how my current leadership supports me as a person and as an employee. They do not micromanage and trust me to get my work done. Although, they are always there to help if I have an issue or concern.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me come in every day is knowing that what I do impacts single mothers, people living paycheck to paycheck, and those that need their benefits right. Knowing that I make a difference in these individuals receiving their correct pay means a lot to me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love our medical coverage. I have had some health issues while employed with Paycom and I know with other companies I would have had to pay an enormous amount. While with Paycom my costs have been covered and I have been able to continue to support my family through it all.
