I am concerned I am going to randomly get fired without notice and there is nothing I can do about it.

We are all hard workers and good at our jobs, plus we all enjoy each others company which makes coming to work more enjoyable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the recent firing of QA and product analysts my department has taken on additional responsibilities that were previously their duties. This has increased our workload and responsibilities without any sort of compensation adjustment to match the increase in duties and expectations.
