it's extremely challenging, requiring constant multi-tasking and juggling multiple projects at once. Interactions with clients can be both rewarding and challenging, requiring a lot of de-escalating. It can feel at times like you're not allowed to ask for help, for fear of a hit to KPIs.

My team is really down to earth and authentic, which I greatly appreciate and value.
What makes you most happy at work?
solving an actual problem for a client and making their day better or job easier.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the wellness team a lot. They do exceptional work, and the competitions they put on are engaging, achievable, and have great rewards.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think they do a good job of investing in training, and consistently look to improve it. I also feel they do a good job of pushing innovation that actually makes the client's experience smoother/better.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think it's acceptable, but certainly not something I feel is best-in class, with the exception of quality medical insurance for $1 per pay period. I also appreciate the ESPP, though I wish we also received stock bonuses.
