I love Paycom. When I started in 2022, we were able to work from home on in climate weather days. Now that is not allowed mostly, so I always come to work. Those are the worst days because many of my coworkers cannot. This policy sets our most dedicated employees up to have terrible days.

I love the relationship I am allowed to build with my clients. I love them having the single point of contact and that they feel I am a part of their teams.
