Overall, my experience at Paycom has been amazing! I have met wonderful people and learned so many valuable skills that have propelled me to bigger roles that I could not have imagined to be in when I initially started as an intern.

What is I like most about my leadership team is the attention to detail that they provide each employee. They really care about each and every one of their employees and it shows.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is how team oriented they are, we look out for each other and provide help in so many ways. It makes working at Paycom even more special!
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy about coming into work is the ability to create a positive impact to internal and external parties. It gives me a sense of purpose and motivation to provide world class customer service at all times!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about the compensation package is how affordable medical insurance is, I recently reached the age where I am no longer eligible for my parent's coverage and being able to pay just $1.00 for great insurance is unheard of!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspects about the culture and environment is the ability to grow. Starting out as an intern then moving into the BAC role and from there being part of a pilot team for BAC to B2C has greatly propelled my knowledge and skills to another level.
