I like how positive our leadership is, always encouraging us specialists to push ourselves to do our best.

The culture at Paycom is amazing! Teams brings the company together with chats for common interests and activities.
What makes you most happy at work?
Accomplishing the job I was given. Completing requests for client's and easing their minds when it comes to Tax reporting.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team keeps a positive attitude every day and they are all real team players. Always supporting each other with kind words and daily tasks. I am apart of the Best Team in the Tax Department!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When the level up process got frozen, I stayed at a level two pay rate, doing the same amount and quality of work a senior was doing. In addition, I have been required to learn multiple more duties and increase my workload with only 2 small annual raises for the past two years. I would like a raise.
