My overall experience has been great. I have grown up here at Paycom and been able to make great strides for my family. I was a single mom for majority of my career here thus far and I know you get out what you put in. I am living proof.

The most positive about our culture here is the people. The teamwork and collaboration here is unmatched.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team likes to have fun while we get the work done. It really is like building another family and we are always here to support each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that they are always open to feedback and different ideas. There really is room here to make a difference and lead from any position you are in.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
One of the best parts is the stock. Being able to have another way to plan for your future is great. Also the salary in itself is competitive for our market.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to work with a team who wants to do the right things and make our customers happy. I am competitive in nature so working alongside those who hold that same sentiment makes it easy to have friendly competition.
