Direct team mates are always encouraging and fun to be around. Having team time once a week also helps get to know everyone and makes working every day feel inclusive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It feels like a majority of the hard work the is completed by people who are not the direct favorites/ clique of leadership are not as recognized or valued. No matter the work put in, it feels unseen and often disregarded. The level up process being frozen removes the ability to grow as well.
