The team work philosophy. We work together for the good of our clients. We value each other's abilities and learn from working together.

They are very clear and up front with things that are going on with Paycom. They encourage teamwork and make me feel like I am an important member of the team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Finding a solution for a client. I know when clients have issue it is very frustrating for them. I love working with the clients and helping them to be successful with the products.
