I love that no matter the circumstances, the goals are always clear - client satisfaction!

The people - no matter what is thrown at them, they are always supporting their teammates through their hardest days.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Merit increases based on performance! It gives me an opportunity to showcase all of my hard work year over year and really strive to be my best!
What are some of the best things about your team?
COBRA has a unique circumstance allowing interactions with our clients former employees. Some of our calls can be difficult or sensitive but our team is very empathetic, willing, and determined. I love seeing shout outs from clients and COBRA participants about our team!
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel that my job is very rewarding. I love talking to participants, clients, internal employees, and helping them to the best of my abilities. Additionally, I love the challenges that come with my role. Finding a resolution to a problem given to me fills my cup!
