What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Paycom's lay off culture and I would like to see more stability in the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is always collaborating and showing up for others. Paycom's biggest asset is their people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Paycom has changed drastically in their culture and environment, in a way that it is not authentic nor indicative of the value that I would like to see in it's current hardworking workforce.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paycom's pay disparity between men, women, and those of the same title is astounding and compounded by the recent company restructuring. There are those that make $20K to $50K more than those with the same seniority, title, background, and experience.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I would like the leadership team to be more transparent of where Paycom will be and how the current workforce can be a part of that growth. In recent years, it's become very apparent that the current workforce has little impact to company decisions and that we are irrelevant.
