I enjoy working at the company. I do wish there was more opportunity for growth as I have reached out many times about moving to a department that more closely aligns with my career. We are often told we are on a freeze, however this freeze has been going on for a couple of years.

What makes you most happy at work?
I really appreciate how my coworkers are always there for one another. I enjoy the friendly, but professional atmosphere that work brings.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A commission or bonus added on to our pay rate. I know other departments are paid a commission/bonus; however we do not receive one.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I do enjoy interacting with my coworkers at work as they are all very friendly and wish growth for each other. The benefits are also fantastic.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best thing about my leadership team is they tailor the feedback and trainings for each and every individual on the team. They note our key strengths and weaknesses and help us capitalize on them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team has always worked together to promptly answer questions and inquiries. We ensure that we promptly pivot to others needs when the workload becomes intense. The team is very knowledgeable and when needed we can ensure we always get an answer that is required.
