What is the best part about your compensation package?
i love the $1 medical. i chose this over another company because of that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I absolutely love the home office and getting lost there, EVERYONE was so friendly and willing to help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to really care and put in the effort to get to know me and my goals. Available for me if i need them. Driven and very clear about expectations.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I was hired with another person and we balance each other very well and it was very nice to be able to work with someone else at the same time and learn together.
What makes you most happy at work?
i love learning new things. never a dull moment. i am still in training but SO excited about all that is available to find information and the variety of companies we will work with.
