What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is innovative and open to feedback/suggestions. I feel comfortable talking to our C-suite leaders which is rare for organizations our size. We see them regularly and they are involved in our day to day operations.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid competitively in base, eligible for long term incentive awards and have a 401(k) match. I have more PTO than I can realistically use in a year and we have paid family leave. I am not having any more kids personally, but what a blessing this WOULD have been to me when I had them.
