My overall experience has been really positive at Paycom. The growth of the company can make the pace really fast, but all in all I'm proud of the work we are doing and enjoy my experience here.

They often hold fun events and luncheons that we can participate in.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I feel like some of my coworkers don't like taking ownership of projects.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They believe in me and in my abilities. They give me facetime with leadership.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock options, and good benefits. Yearly comp reviews. I do wish there were bonuses.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like the job that I do and I like positively influencing the lives of my coworkers.
