No one will be mad at you for trying your best, everyone understands that we do big tough things and occasionally we will fail but as long as we fail forward we're going to learn from it and move on, not get reprimanded or made fun of

They care! They care about everything and everyone and you can feel that. They are dedicated and passionate about the role our marketing team plays in the overall company goals and it makes me care just as much. I'm pushed to do a great job without even needing a push. I want to do better bc of them
