What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that in my specific role we have the opportunity to see increases based on performance. Other roles have commission so it's nice to have that perk. Also, you can't beat $1 medical!!
What did you like most about the interview process?
The recruiter I got to work with! She was open, honest, and made me feel confident throughout the entire process. I also loved how open leadership was whenever I interviewed with the company originally.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The openness and honesty we can all provide each other. My team isn't full of people who are just going to say 'You're awesome' but they're truly there to help me get better and share solid feedback/guidance.
