What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Keeping the business and long term goals in mind. The budget can only take so many hits before quality takes a hit. Managed services may have saved money but service to internal and external customers is at an all time low. We can do better.

very supportive and focused to get the work done with quality and ownership

I have great hard working team members that work extremely long hours to the job we do. We are all salaried so no overtime, just a desire to serve our customers. It takes almost four times as long with managed service providers in place due to the red tape, poor quality and lack of concern for custo

No more managed services. Concentrate on the customers and what they need, not what’s cheapest

There are many people who have been at the same company in senior positions for too long, which sometimes stop growth and innovations. Pepsico also falls into the category but the executive leadership has been trying to shake things up.
