What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team cares about the growth of the company and of the individual employees. They help employees succeed. They are very kind and approachable.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
My favorite part is the 20 vacation days.

I like the uncapped commission and the ability to stack and improve your commission structure based on the deals you make. It is very merit based which makes it clear how to advance and progress in your career.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Slightly underpaid base / deal shots not as frequent as expected

The commission for doing deal is great but the base for senior consultants and above needs to be raised to stay competitive against other agencies. Senior Consultants base salary should be $50,000. Principals should not be paid $45,000 or other agencies will poach all day long.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very helpful. They constantly help me learn more about Selby Jennings and Tech. They have also been very friendly on a personal level.

From day 1 they included me in their team dynamics, which I feel like I have fit into right away. It is sometimes difficult being the new person trying to find their particular spot on the team, but I feel like my team made it very easy.
