The overall experience at Phenom is good. There are a lot of growing pains that are still occurring but I have faith that we'll successfully get past them. Career development is most critical to me and I'm slowly starting to see a path forward for me.

When I have a manageable workload and can put my energy into my customers helping them strategically.

I believe the leadership team truly has a vision for the company and I believe we're headed in the right direction.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are amazing. That's the best part. My team is great and is always willing to hop on a call to help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Competitively speaking, I am underpaid for the work I do. In todays market it is easy to see what other similar companies pay for the same role.
