What are some of the best things about your team?

Phenom hires people with good values.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Leadership is not very diverse

What did you like most about the interview process?

The interview was quick and the communication was strong

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Sales compensation plans do not pay reps quickly enough. Benefits are moderate-- no 401k match. No equity.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

While change is expected in a start-up, too much change with poor communication leads to unclear expectations and feeling disconnected

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Two areas for improvement: 1. Communication is very poor and leadership needs to understand what changes need to be announced in meetings vs slack vs emails. 2. Growth should be led by data, meaning that growing teams should be a result of more work, instead of hiring more in hopes of more work
