I love my customers, most of them appreciate me for being consultative, helpful, problem solver and as someone who genuinely cares about their expereince with Phenom
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not enough feedback, never satisfied, doing a job I wasn't hired to do - poorly communicated demotion, poor comp plan, Incorrectly calculated pension contributions - Phenom is a job not a career move.
