I think they sincerely believe in their product and are actively working on improving it and innovating.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Competitive salary and equity would make all things compensation way more competitive. It's pretty much standard in this industry. Phenom is not competitive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Wonderful, hard working people who are taken advantage of by other departments. Being the face of the customer comes with a lot of responsibility which CS takes in stride. Other departments do not respect or value CS.
