I've been consistently paid well below average even though I'm doing work that would be considered above average.

We're comp'ed for personal wifi, cell phones, and health (such as gym memberships) which is a great perk

Our team is fun and casual and we act more like a family than a team. We encourage each other and make it worthwhile to come to work everyday.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation is well below the industry standard. I would be satisfied if I was paid at least the average compensation for my role with the amount of experience I had.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We do not put our customers first and it seems like our leadership does not take our customer feedback to heart. We care more about prospective customers than our current ones.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with and the mission we're on. We're using innovative technology to help 1 billion people find the right job and my coworkers are devoted to that mission everyday.

My team are my friends. I love coming into work every day to interact with everyone. We laugh and joke around but also help each other to improve and give constructive feedback and advice.

My teammates are my friends. We care about each other and have fun working together. Our team works as a unit to help our team grow and help each other improve individually. I couldn't ask for a better team!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everything here is positive. There's a lot of light conversation and jokes being made. The company has a great sense of humor and everyone is extremely friendly. We work together to make the company environment the best it can be.

Our office is very laidback and the people that work here are generally very happy. It's a casual and fast-paced environment where people are focusing on their job but also making our jobs more enjoyable by working together and making each other laugh.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Although I do not feel undervalued as an employee, I do believe my salary does not reflect the amount of work I do and the contributions I make to the team. My salary also falls short of industry standards, so to see that average out would make me feel better about my compensation.
