Other start up owners are very open and candid about the future of the company. Here at PP, you never hear about anything that is planned for the future.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I haven't heard anything about stock/shares in the company yet? Is this something we get or no? Other start ups are very open about this, I don't feel PP is the same.
