Good growth but before moving from one post to another post management have to tell resources that what are improvement
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Along with compensation company have to give some gifts to employees in a year and celebrate all festivals in the office and admin team should explain all employees about tax exception and gratuity etc to satisfy the employees
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
company environment is main goal to words on work,work and work.but i have some suggestion to make company culture better by giving satisfactions to employees by providing some gifts in a year , celebrating festivals in office , quarterly outings , explain about tax exception plans and sports
