Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was verbally promised an increase and hope it will still happen before the end of the year. With the economy the way it is, I'm not sure, but I won't feel I'm compensated fairly until that happens.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You can share your ideas and feedback with absolutely anyone in the company. There isn't always a guarantee that whatever it is will get done, but the openness with which feedback is received- all the way up to the CEO - is greatly appreciated.
