Everyone shares the common belief that we will help a billion people find the right job. Everyone wants to roll up their sleeves and pitch in to improve candidate experiences and client experiences.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
focus to really help a billion people find the RIGHT job and that goes to improving the candidate experience AND our prospects and clients. We are partners to help them - even if it means that we are not the right solution.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I can make a difference in the job seeker experience - - this is about their livelihood and quality of life. Wow! And the day-in-the-life of our clients too. Removing the manual drudgery of their jobs and drastically improving communication. Wow again!
