The product is world class, but that is because all of the company's focus is on the product and not the business, people or clients. Culture is good small perks, but did items like compensation are ignored. Most people are enjoyable to work with and care about each other.

Hard working employees are having their salaries reduced and bonuses not paid while they continue to put forth full effort to make Phenom successful.It shows because Phenom has financially had one of its best quarters and has the ability to purchase another company because of their employees efforts
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Very poor communication. Very poor decision making at executive level. No ownership and follow through of ideas for improvement. Focus is 110% product and 0% organization. Roles needs to be defined to focus on organizational effectiveness and how the business should be run internally.
