I don't necessarily feel "undervalued", I just know a lot of us should be making more money for the time/effort/work that we put into our organization.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everything! It's just so open, flexible, enjoyable, fun, and positive every single day. We all love what we do, and the people we do it with, which creates an extremely positive culture and environment.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team and coworkers are awesome! We have the best relationships and I consider a bunch of them my close friends. I also enjoy the trust that we all work hard and get our stuff done, so when we need that flexibility, it is there for us.
