It has been an overall good experience; however, improvements need to be made with process to scale our organization as well as improvements in our Support and Implementation departments.

They have a clear vision of where they want to take the organization.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I've noticed that there have been some misses in Support and/or implementation which has negatively affected our ability to influence our customers to adopt the product.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I believe the leadership team needs to be more communicative to the people in the organization. I believe we hear more from middle to director level management about changes in the organization than we do the leadership team.
