I have never been happier at an organization. I love the people I work with and the culture. The pay could definitely be higher due to what I endure in my day to day responsibilities. I enjoy sitting a row over from the CEO and not having cubicles.

Just being underpaid for the responsibilities my role endures.

We are an employee-first company so I always feel heard and my best judgement is always put first.

They are mission-driven and care about the culture of the organization way more than any other company I have worked for.
