Unlimited PTO! Work life balance is extremely important and I've never worked for a company that encourages a health work/life balance

Always willing to help out, always there to listen and provide feedback and recommendations for new ideas. I couldn't be more appreciate of the leadership team here

Phenom has an extremely diverse and inclusive environment, no one is judged and everyone is encouraged to be their true selves. There are always events to promote socialization
