Everything. The entire organization is so connected. I honestly love everything about our culture and the people who make up this wonderful organization.

This is the closest group of people I have ever worked with. We are just a bunch of quirky, compassionate, caring individuals who buy into the company and buy into the team.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are such a transparent group. We gain access into what they are thinking about which allows us to pivot so quickly in how we attack the market. I have never worked for a leadership group that is so open, I feel like I can have any conversation.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have unlimited PTO. When I think about that it doesn't mean to me that I can take off so many days, but when I need to take days off I don't feel like I need to explain myself. I have the luxury of just taking a day off for myself and I know that is totally ok.
