It's been an interesting experience because I began just before the pandemic introduced a few new challenges. Overall, I'm having a positive experience. It's challenging work, but that is what I signed up for, and I always feel our CEO has our team's best interests in mind.

Lots of celebration of who we are as individuals and people.

Everyone is invested in everyone else's success. It is not competitive or cutthroat at all.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very deep thinkers who care about their employees and customers over just turning a profit. I like how strategic they approach our future vs. making short-term reactive decisions.
