The idea of a yearly bonus and the unlimited PTO makes the ability to actually have work-life balance a possibility.

My team in particular is small which allows us all to work together on big projects while also maintaining our own strengths.

I like the mix of projects we get to focus on and our manager really lets us do the work we like.

As someone who has been a part of start-up type businesses for my entire career, Phenom by far has the strongest leadership team I've ever worked with.
